Discussion Regarding Existing Lease With Hernando Beach Marine Group, Inc., for

the lease is not cured by then, there was additional Board consensus to direct the County  
Attorney's Office to initiate eviction proceedings at that time.

cases to be considered which need0ed to be accepted into evidence for the hearings.  
The staff recommended that the Board accept the Agenda packet, including the staff reports,
