PUBLIC HEARINGS

Proofs of publication were notes for the Notice of Proposed Tax Increase, Budget Summary

and the Notice of Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Final Budget and assessment

rolls for FY 2023-24 for various Municipal Service Benefit Units.

Update Regarding FY 2023-24 Final Budget

Budget Director Toni Brady announced the final millage rates (a), the rollback rates (b), and

the percentage increase over the rollback rates (c), as follows: General Fund - (a) 6.6997, (b)

6.2614 and (c) 7.00%; Transportation Trust Fund - (a) 0.8091, (b) 0.7246 and (c) 11.66%;

Health Unit Trust Fund - (a) 0.1102, (b) 0.0987 and (c) 11.65%; Emergency Medical Services

Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) - (a) 0.9100, (b) 0.8150 and (c) 11.66%; and

Stormwater Management MSTU - (a) 0.1139, (b) 0.1020 and (c) 11.67%.

There Board accepted public input pertaining to the final budget.

Update Regarding FY 2023-24 Final Budget

Resolution Setting FY 2023-24 Countywide Millage Rates

Ms. Brady announced the final millage rates as follows: General Fund - 6.6997;

Transportation Trust Fund - 0.8091; Health Unit Trust Fund - 0.1102; Emergency Medical

Services Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) - 0.9100; and Stormwater Management

MSTU - 0.1139.
