Review and Approval of the Annual Roll-Forward Amendment to the FY2026-FY2030 Transportation Improvement Program

BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Florida Department of Transportation’s District 7 Office has provided the annual roll-forward amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program (FY2026-FY2030). This annual routine process involves a roll-forward amendment which includes projects and/or funding that did not get encumbered in 2025 or require adjustment in 2026 to be consistent with the FDOT Work Program.
The roll-forward amendment is reflected in Appendix A of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and involves projects in the following categories: Highway, Transit, and Miscellaneous. Attached is the FDOT Roll Forward Report accompanied by a letter that requires the Chair’s signature thereupon. MPO Staff concurs with the roll-forward amendment. Shown below is a list of the roll-forward amendment projects:

Projects are required to be identified in the Transportation Improvement Program for funding purposes.

Pursuant to Chapter 339.175, Florida Statutes, the MPO Board has the authority to take the recommended action.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the MPO Board review, receive public input, and approve the roll-forward amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program (FY2026-FY2030) as presented in a roll call vote, and authorize the Chair’s signature upon the attached letter from the Florida Department of Transportation.
