BRIEF OVERVIEW
On August 2, 2024, Hernando County Fire Emergency Services submitted a request to the Procurement Department to piggyback Sourcewell Contract No. 041823-STY, to provide equipment, products, and services with a contract expiration of June 30, 2027, and three (3) additional one (1) year renewal periods.
Hernando County Fire Emergency Services is requesting the use of this contract for 12 Lucas 3 Chest Compression Systems with Stryker Sales, LLC, in the estimated spend amount of $239,892.37. Hernando County Fire and Emergency Services is also requesting the use of this contract for equipment, products, and services with Stryker Sales, LLC to provide these services for the contract term, in the estimated annual spend amount of $750,000.00 for the initial term.

recommendation
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the utilization of Sourcewell Contract No. 041823-STY (Hernando County File No. 24-P0120U) with Stryker Sales, LLC for the contract term with renewal, in the estimated annual spend amount of $750,000.00 for FY25, 26, and 27.
It is further recommended that the Board authorize the purchase of 12 Lucas 3 Chest Compression Systems in the estimated spend amount of $239,892.37 for the current fiscal year, for a total of $2,489,892.37.
