Pursuant to the negotiations process, the members of the Professional Firefighters IAFF Local Union 3760 and Hernando County Board of County Commissioners Negotiating Team have tentatively agreed to changes with articles listed below. The Professional Firefighters IAFF Local Union 3760 voted and ratified the tentative agreements and articles on September 17, 2025.

RECOMMENDATION
The Professional Firefighters IAFF Local Union 3760 ratified the tentative agreements and negotiated articles on September 17, 2025. It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached collective bargaining agreement which will run from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028.
