BRIEF OVERVIEW
On May 23, 2023, the Board approved the award of Contract 23-C00002/AP to AJ General Construction Services, Inc., for Multi Sidewalk Repairs. The approved contract includes multi sidewalk repairs to the following streets:
Spring Hill Drive $31,861.11
Mariner Boulevard (House Numbers Odd) $43,583.33
Mariner Boulevard (House Numbers Even) $32,311.11
Northcliffe Boulevard $27,055.56
Landover Boulevard $10,177.78
Seven Hills Drive $7,511.11
Total Estimate $152,500.00
The Department of Public Works obtained a quote from AJ General Construction Services, Inc., for the addition of Deltona Boulevard to the multi-sidewalk repair project:
Deltona Boulevard - $134,545.73

It is requested that the Board approve Amendment No. Two (2) for the addition of Deltona Boulevard to the Multi Sidewalk Repair Project in the amount of $134,545.73.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds are available in Account No. 1017-03232-5303401 ($134,545.73) LOGT 1-6 Fuel, Road Maint, Contracted Services.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve Amendment No. Two (2) to Contract 23-C0002/AP with AJ General Construction Services, Inc., for the addition of Deltona Boulevard for the multi sidewalk repair project in the amount of $134,545.73.
It is further recommended that the Board authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders as they become necessary and required and up to allowable budget amounts.
