The detached accessory building shall be no more than four hundred (400) square feet in size. And vii. One detached garage, in addition to the detached building provided for in item, vi. above, d. Has a minimum roof pitch of 3 on 12; and e. Has roof materials of either shingles or tile.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board review the variance, find the request is not consistent with the review criteria of Section 3 Appeals and Variances. The petitioner has not provided a clear hardship listed with the review criteria. It is further recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s signature of the attached resolution associated with the Board’s decision of approval or denial.
