BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Human Resources Department currently utilizes Governmentjobs.com d/b/a NEOGOV proprietary software for government sector human resources employee administration, programming, and information services.
The Purchasing and Contracts Department posted “Notice of Intended Sole Source Purchase” of subject project on October 18, 2022, with the last date for market challenges on November 7, 2022.
This purchase is a three (3) year term for services: Term 1 - 11/17/2022 through 11/16/2023; Term 2 - 11/17/2023 through 11/16/2024; and Term 3 - 11/17/2024 through 11/16/2025.
The Hernando County Human Resources Department is requesting authorization to purchase (per related quotation from NEOGOV) as follows:

Funding in the amount of $239,473.00 is available in Fund 01101, Dept 01251, Account No. 5304606.

Sole/Single Source Notice of Intent was posted on October 18, 2022, per the Purchasing and Contracts Policies and Procedures No. 070A, Paragraph IV. Sub-Paragraph 4.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the Sole Source Purchase from Governmentjobs.com d/b/a NEOGOV for the agreement, purchase, amendments, and additional module for “Perform”, NEOGOV proprietary software for government sector human resources employee administration, programming, and information services in the total purchase amount of $239,473.00 supplied to the County department and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to approve change orders as they become necessary and required with proper documentation and available department budget.
This is a sole source purchase for services and is not a term contract.
