BRIEF OVERVIEW
On June 12, 2024, the Fire and Emergency Services submitted a request to the Procurement Department to piggyback Hillsborough County Contract No. 24-24596 with EPR Systems USA, Inc., for $47,290.00. The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) approved this piggyback purchase on August 22, 2024.

recommendation
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $4,995.00 for Purchase Order No. 24000989 with EPR Systems USA, Inc., bringing the total purchase order amount to $52,285.00.
It is further recommended the Board authorize the CPO to renew the contract with the same terms and conditions and approve change orders as they become necessary and required up to annual budgeted amounts.
