RECOMMENDATION

If the Board determines that the offer and terms serve the best interests of the County, it is recommended that the Board declare Parcel Key No. 369327 as surplus and authorize the Chairman to sign the Purchase/Sale Agreement. Additionally, the County Attorney should be authorized to prepare, or have prepared, the necessary documents to finalize the transaction and execute them on behalf of the Board, including a statutory deed.

 

It is recommended that the offer being made on behalf of Krishna Achugatla and Sudha Doma for $150,001.00 be accepted.
