BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Fire Rescue and Emergency Services currently utilizes TimeClock Plus, LLC proprietary software for government sector fire rescue employee scheduling and payroll services.
Fire Rescue and Emergency Services staff scheduling is specific to twenty-four (24) hours seven (7) days a week operation and utilizes mutual trade days off as well as Kelly days.
This purchase is a five (5) year term for software subscription services and is billed annually in the amount of $15,049.10 per year for a total of 288 user licenses.
Hernando County Fire Rescue and Emergency Services is requesting authorization to renew and purchase for a term of five (5) years with subscription ending October 2028 per related Order Form from Timeclock Plus, LLC:
• Aladtec Subscription October 2023 through October 2024 $15,049.10
• Aladtec Subscription October 2024 through October 2025 $15,049.10
• Aladtec Subscription October 2025 through October 2026 $15,049.10
• Aladtec Subscription October 2026 through October 2027 $15,049.10
• Aladtec Subscription October 2027 through October 2028 $15,049.10
TOTAL: $75,245.50
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $15,049.10 is available in Funds 1661 and1691, Depts. 02261 and 02491, Account No. 5305420 for FY 2024. Funding will be budgeted appropriately for future years.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the attached TimeClock Plus Aladtec OnDemand License Agreement for Master Software License and Subscription Agreement No. 24-A0133 with TimeClock Plus, LLC for Hernando County Fire Rescue and Emergency Services in the total amount of $75,245.50. It is further recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders as they become necessary and required with proper documentation and available department budget.
