BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Supervisor of Elections - Leased Space Renovations was awarded by the Board on January 11, 2022, under Qualifications Contract No. 19-R00007 with assigned Quote No. Sixty-Four (64) to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $80,996.36.
Change Order No. One (1) was a decrease recognizing credit for door hardware and electronic lockset and an increase for area cleanout for furniture company and electrical, for a net decrease to the Contract amount by $11,515.58 from $69,480.78, to $67,130.78.
Change Order No. Two (2) was an increase for removal of existing counter tops, cleaning the breakroom and kitchen, supply and install ADA doorknobs, cleaning of the glass, adjustment to bathroom doors, window repair, clean and wax floor and bathroom cleaning , increasing the Contract amount by $8,000.79 from $69,480.78 to $77,481.57 and an increase of nine (9) days for a final completion date of April 20, 2022.
The final Contract amount is $77,481.57 (PO No. 22000533).
The work has been completed and Seggie Custom Builders, LLC has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Three (3) in the amount of $17,136.11.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $17,136.11 is available in the following account: Expense Account 01721-5606301 Space Needs, Improv (Grtr Than 10,000).

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Three (3) in the amount of $17,136.11 to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC to close out Contract No.19-R00007 Qualifications Contract, Quote No. Sixty-for (64) for the Supervisor of Elections - Leased Space Renovations.
The final Contract amount is $77,481.51, a Contract amount decrease of $3,514.79 over BOCC award.
