BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Fire and Emergency Services has requested an increase of $4,285.57 to Agreement No. 24-A0137 with TargetSolutions Learning LLC dba Vector Solutions for Fiscal Year 2027 renewal for training platform license and maintenance fees for Fire and Emergency Services. The renewal amount of $54,285.57 exceeds the Chief Procurement Officer’s authorization threshold. The increase of annual amount includes an increase in the number of licenses from 360 in FY26 to 381 for FY27. The past 2 years’ increases are due to absorbing Brooksville Fire and growth in new hires.
The Chief Procurement Officer originally approved the agreement for $24,495.00 on November 16, 2017, for 273 licenses. This request would increase the annual spend for Fiscal Year 2027 to $54,285.57 and allow the Chief Procurement Officer to approve annual increases of 3% for future years of the agreement.

recommendation
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the increase of $4,285.57 for Fiscal Year 2027.
It is further recommended that the Board authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve future contractual annual increases up to 3% and change orders, as necessary and required up to the allowable budgeted amounts.
