BRIEF OVERVIEW
In the late 1990’s, an easement at Key No. 710519 was given by the owners of Barnett Bank (which parcel is now owned by CFT NV Developments, LLC) to Eckerds (now CVS) to allow construction of wastewater infrastructure for both entities; however, after construction was completed, the proposed utility easement for the improvements was never dedicated to Hernando County Utilities (HCUD) by the Developer.
This Easement will correct the oversight and provide Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) access to its existing utility infrastructure on the property for the purposes of repairs, upgrades, maintenance, etc., as necessary.

It is recommended that the Board accept the attached Perpetual Utility Easement from CFT NV Developments, LLC.
