BRIEF OVERVIEW
On December 4, 2024, Hernando County Utilities Department requested piggyback of the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance Omnia Partners Contract #01-165 for Purchase of Software Products and Services, with a contract expiration of April 30, 2026, with two additional one (1) year renewals.

Hernando County Utilities Department currently has a contract for Invoicecloud's online payment processing services expiring January 22, 2025, and requests piggyback approval with Invoice Cloud, Inc. to continue providing those services in the estimated annual spend amount of $98,000.00.

Hernando County Procurement Department has assigned No. 25-P0210A to this Contract for tracking purposes.

The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to
Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The annual estimate for FY25 is $98,000.00. Of that amount, some of that total has been paid between the start of the fiscal year and the end of the prior contract; hence, funding is available in the amount of $98,000.00 in Hernando Utilities Department:

Fund: 4111 - Hernando County Utilities, Department: 07098 - HCUD Billing, Account: 5303401 - Contracted Services. Purchases will only be made against the available department budget.
