BRIEF OVERVIEW
Attached are the Discharges of Order and Satisfaction of Lien documents for two individuals who have satisfied liens imposed by the Special Master for certain animal ordinance violations:
• Justin M. Head, Case No. 2018-12605 filed February 5, 2019 - $5,224.24
• Justin Michael Head, Case No. 2016-09931 filed October 27, 2016 - $887.19
• Jennifer Baldree, Case No. 2022-12330 filed May 31, 2023 - $268.88
• Jennifer Baldree, Case No. 2022-35490 filed August 2, 2023 - $46.90
These documents require Board approval to release the lien and all executed documents to be recorded in the Official Records. The County received satisfaction for the liens in the total amount of $7,397.40.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached discharges of rrder and satisfactions of lien, authorize the Chairman’s signature thereon and subsequent recording into the Official County Records.
