BRIEF OVERVIEW

At the May 23, 2023, regular meeting, the Board approved the following agencies for funding from the Hernando County Opioid Prevention Grant Program.

 

•                     BayCare Behavioral Health, Inc. - $45,550

•                     Hernando County Community Anti-Drug Coalition, Corp. - $15,000

•                     Hernando County Fire Rescue - $20,000

•                     Jericho Road Ministries, Inc. - $10,000

•                     Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. - $25,000

 

Agreements for the proposed amounts are attached. 

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The funding source for awards will be from the following accounts: 1557-5808201 and 1557-5916910.

 

LEGAL NOTE

The Board has authority to take this action pursuant to Chapter 125, F.S.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached agreements with BayCare Behavioral Health, Inc., Hernando County Community Anti-Drug Coalition, Corp., Hernando County Fire Rescue, Jericho Road Ministries, Inc., and Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc.
