The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for purchase assistance. Payment was received for the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval.

• Ashley Williams - 5425 Vardon Court, Spring Hill - in the amount of $10,000
• Sean S. Sheehan - 396 Winthrop Drive, Spring Hill - in the amount of $6,140
Funds in the amount of $30.00 were also collected to pay for the costs of recording.
