BRIEF OVERVIEW
The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for either down payment assistance or housing rehabilitation. Payment was received for the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:
• Charles H. Bernhardt & Achsa Anna Bernhardt - 4398 Hedgewood Avenue, Spring Hill - in the amount of $12,972.50
• Fredy J. Carias Aguilera & Nanci P. Carias - 12552 Corrine Ave., Spring Hill - in the amount of $19,200.00
• Karen A. Conti - 10444 Keystone St., Spring Hill - in the amount of $19,043.34
Funds in the amount of $30.00 were also collected to pay for the cost of recording.
