BRIEF OVERVIEW
In 2020, two animal owner fitness petitions were brought against Erick Jose Martinez, Angel Marie Star Wyatt, Sara Jean Thompson, and Alexander Lee Goforth. These petitions were consolidated into Case No. H-27-CC-2020-939. As part of the final judgment, the defendants were ordered to reimburse Animal Services for the costs of impounding and boarding their respective seized animals. Animal Services has received payment from defendants Sara Jean Thompson and Alexander Lee Goforth and it is necessary that the final judgment against these two defendants be satisfied. The costs ordered in the judgment against the other defendants still stand and remain due and payable.
