Removal of Brian Woolfolk as Member of Waterways Advisory Committee

BRIEF OVERVIEW
On Monday, January 12, 2026, the Waterways Advisory Committee (WAC) members voted to recommend to the Board of County Commissioners, removal of WAC member Brian Woolfolk. The request was based on lack of attendance by Mr. Woolfolk.
Members to the Waterways Advisory Committee are appointed under Board Policy 06-01 which prescribes individuals shall be appointed by Commission District, qualification, and expertise. All members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to serve on various boards/committees are expected to attend each and every meeting of the board/committee. If a member is absent from three or more meetings of the board/committee and these absences are unexcused, the remaining members of the board/committee shall recommend the Board of County Commissioners consider removal of such member.

It is recommended that the Board remove Mr. Brian Woolfolk from the Waterways Advisory Committee.
