BRIEF OVERVIEW
Housing and Supportive Services is requesting access to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) for Community Development Block Grant programs be granted to staff member Deeana Judkins to carry out her role as Program Coordinator.
IDIS is a real time, mainframe base computer system that allows users to enter, maintain, and report on projects and activities that support Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Community Planning and Development formula programs.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommend the Board approve staff’s IDIS online Access Request, and authorize the Chairman’s signature thereon, to be followed by submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
