BRIEF OVERVIEW
On November 25, 2025, Hernando County Waterways Department submitted a request to the Procurement Department to piggyback Relocatable Building or Storage, with Related Accessories and Services with Sourcewell (Contract No. 120822-BXX; Hernando County File No. 26-P0269B) with BOXX Modular, Inc., d/b/a BOXX Modular for the purchase and set up of Waterway Office Trailer, with a contract expiration date of February 24, 2027.
The Contract provides for One (1) additional One (1) year renewal period.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $84,084.00 is available in the following:
Expenses:

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the utilization of relocatable building or storage, with related accessories and services with Sourcewell, Contract No. 120822-BXX; Hernando County File No. 26-P0269B, with BOXX Modular, Inc., d/b/a BOXX Modular, for Waterway Office trailer; in the amount of $84,084.00.
It is further recommended the Board authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to renew the contract with the same terms and conditions and approve change orders as they become necessary and required up to annual budgeted amounts.
