Public Transportation Grant Agreement With State Department of Transportation for Infield Infrastructure Development Plan at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport and Associated Resolutions

BRIEF OVERVIEW
This plan is a continuation of the 2020-2021 Infrastructure Development plan (FPN 447079-1-94-01) which focused on "outside the fence" development. It will encompass the development of an infrastructure development plan for Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport that addresses land use, utilities, roadways, drainage, and other infrastructure needs for the approximate 460-acre infield area bordered by Runway 9/27, Runway 3/21, and the abandoned Runway 4/22. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to project administration, meetings, land use, roadways, drainage, utilities, and an implementation plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will increase by $200,000 in Account No. 4311- 34296-3893001, St Grant-FDOT 55.004 OP and $50,000 4311-34296-3999078 local Transfer/Grant Match: total grant=$250,000. Expenditures will increase $250,000 in account 4311-34296-5303103. Matching funds of $50,000 will be provided from Account No. 4311-07411-5909917-Budget Reserves-Capital Projects.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached public transportation grant agreement (FPN 452521-1-94-01, Contract No. G2103), grant agreement resolution and associated budget resolution for the Airport Infield Infrastructure Development Plan.
