BRIEF OVERVIEW
Modification No. 2 to Subgrant Agreement H0454 between the Florida Division of Emergency Management and Hernando County to update the contacts and extend the period of performance to end December 31, 2023. Also, modifications to the budget and scope of work to reallocate $3,175.00 from the Materials line item to the Fees line item and the schedule of work for State Contracting extended 8 months and construction/installation to be extended 3 months.
This grant is a hazard mitigation grant for the elevation and wind retrofit of a property at 3369 Gulfview Drive in Hernando Beach.

No increase or decrease in funds.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Modification No. 2 to Subgrant Agreement Between the Division of Emergency Management and Hernando County to update Agreement No. H0454 for Hazard Mitigation Grant Project No. 4337-074-R.
