BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Fire Rescue contacted the Hernando County Procurement Department to piggyback Volusia County Agreement for Professional Medicare Cost Reporting Consulting Services, awarded to Professional Consulting Group, LLC with an agreement expiration of August 30, 2024, and two (2) one (1) year renewal periods remaining.
Hernando County Fire Rescue currently has no Professional Medicare Cost Reporting Consulting Services Contract and requests piggyback approval with Professional Consulting Group, LLC to provide those Contract services as needed.
Volusia County solicitation was a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ 21-SQ-119BB) and awarded based on Evaluation Committee Review and recommendation and was awarded to Professional Consulting Group, LLC. The Volusia County threshold allowed for award and Agreement signature through the County Manager.
Hernando County Procurement Department has assigned No. 23-P00052/JG to this Contract for tracking purposes.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding to award the Contract in the estimated annual amount of $35,000.00 is available in Hernando County Fire Rescue Account No. 02491-5303449 Contract Service-Other Lic/Fees.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve piggyback of Volusia County Agreement for Professional Medicare Cost Reporting Consulting Services, awarded to Professional Consulting Group, LLC for use on an as-needed basis, and as future Hernando County Fire Rescue budgets allow.
