BRIEF OVERVIEW

Keith Zaengle and Charlotte Zaengle have submitted a petition to vacate the Right-of-Way located at the Southwest Corner of Lot 88 to the point of Curvature, Ridge Manor Estates along Merryhill Drive.

 

All County departments have indicated no objection.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board take public comment on the request, vote to approve or deny the petition, and thereafter authorize the Chairman to sign the proposed resolution, which will then be recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
