BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County School Board, City of Brooksville, and Hernando County Board of County Commissioners entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Public School Facility Planning, School Concurrency, and Impact Fee Implementation dated March 10, 2009. Board approval is sought for the amended and restated interlocal agreement dated August 25, 2026. This amendment takes into consideration the comments and questions identified during the October 15, 2025 interlocal meeting and is consistent with the current proportionate share mitigation agreements.
The amendment will take effect upon execution by the last party.

It is recommended that the Board approve the amended and restated interlocal agreement and authorize the Chairman’s signature thereon.
