BRIEF OVERVIEW

The Fire Station No. 14 Asphalt Driveway Replacement with Concrete Driveway Project was awarded by the Board on June 14, 2022, Doc Id. No. 19743, to Property Services GC in the amount of $52,997.00.

 

Change Order No. One (1) was for stormwater repair, increasing the Contract by $6,880.00 from $52,997.00 to $59,877.00.

 

The final Contract amount is $59,877.00 (PO No. 22000929).

 

The work has been completed and Property Services GC has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $2,993.85.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

Funding is available in Account 1661-02262-5304601 Logistics - Fire, Repair/Maint-Bldg & Grd, in the amount of $2,993.85.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Two (2) in the amount of $2,993.85 to Property Services GC to close out Contract No. 22-C00069/DK for Fire Station No. 14 Asphalt Driveway Replacement with Concrete Driveway Project.

 

The final Contract amount is $59,877.00, a Contract amount increase of $2,993.85 over BOCC award.
