BRIEF OVERVIEW
A construction agreement with Ferriera Construction Co., Inc., for the Killian Water Treatment Plant upgrade was approved by the Board at its September 24, 2024, meeting under Agenda Item No. 14461. The attached budget resolution is to recognize the remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds awarded for this project.
