BRIEF OVERVIEW

Staff received a letter from City of Brooksville pursuant to Section 171.042, Florida Statutes, transmitting proposed Annexation Ordinance No. 1007.  The City of Brooksville will be considering the voluntary annexation for first reading at their meeting on November 17, 2025.  The property is approximately 1.3 acres located at 1011 South Main Street, key no. 149645.  The owner/petitioner is Eyes Equipment Sales LLC.
