BRIEF OVERVIEW

Pursuant to § 62-780.220(7), Florida Administrative Code, notice has been received advising of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP) intent to conditionally close a contaminated site using institutional control regarding environmental rehabilitation at the former Fleet Maintenance Facility at 201 W. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, FDEP site no. ERIC_9620 (formerly COM_65033).

 

A Declaration of Restrictive Covenant, in substantially the form as that of the attached document, will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners in the future for execution.
