It is recommended that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan Revision on property zoned PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with specific C-2 uses for mini-warehouses and outdoor storage with deviations to PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with C-2 use for mini warehouse with deviations with performance conditions.
