BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Pioneer Park Restroom Replacement Project was awarded by the Board on December 13, 2022, Doc Id. No. 11452, to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $117,200.00. This project is Quote No. Eighty-Seven (87) under Contract No. 19-R00007-87/BK.
Change Order One (1) was to increase the purchase order by $1,198.13 for purchase and installation of two (2) hand dryers, increasing the Contract by $1,198.13 from $117,200.00 to $118,398.13.
The Final Contract amount is $118,398.13 (PO No. 23000512).
The work has been completed and Seggie Custom Builders, LLC has submitted its Final Pay Application No. three (3) in the amount of $27,396.37.
All releases properly include Hernando County. Seggie Custom Builders, LLC has signed a release of lien. No notices of lien or claims of lien have been filed on the project.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $27,396.37 is available in the following accounts: Account No. 0011-04441-5306301 (IMPROV GRTR THAN 10,000.00) in the amount of $22,606.80 and Retainage Account No. 0011-2050214 (Retainage - Seggie Custom Builders, LLC) in the amount of $4,789.57.

The Board has the authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay Request No. Three (3) in the amount of $27,396.37 to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC to close out Hernando County Pioneer Park Restroom Replacement Project under Contract No. 19-R00007-87/BK.
The final Contract amount is $118,398.13 an increase of $1,198.13 from BOCC award amount of $117,200.00.
