BRIEF OVERVIEW
At the Board meeting on October 11, 2022, the Board approved the issuance of Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Bonds, Series 2022. The attached budget resolution adjusts the appropriate budget line items to bring them in line with these transactions.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The FY23 Budget will be increased by $63,959,460 to recognize the bond proceeds.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter per Chapter 129.06 Florida Statutes.
