RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached contract for purchase between Derrick Rivera and Hernando County for the amount of $7,000.00, along with the attached budget amendment realigning funds from reserves. It is further recommended that the County Attorney’s Office be designated to sign all closing documents necessary to finalize the purchase.
