Final Close-Out of Contract with Superior Asphalt, Inc., for Fort Dade Avenue from Cobb Road to US 98 Resurfacing SCOP awarded by the Board on June 27, 2023, Doc Id. No. 12325, to Superior Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of $693,325.67.
Change Order One (1) was for field changes and adjustments, decreasing the contract by $22,549.09 from the original amount of $693,325.67 to $670,776.58.

Funding in the amount of $59,752.25 is available in the following accounts: Account No. 1022-2050237 (Addl LOGT 1-5 Gas Res Rds, Retainage- Superior Asphalt Inc.) in the amount of $32,159.18 and Expense Account No.1022-03241-5616305 (Addl LOGT 1-5 Gas Res Rds., Impv-Pavement Mgt.) in the amount of $27,593.07.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay Request No. Two (2) in the amount of $59,752.25 to Superior Asphalt, Inc., to close out the Fort Dade Avenue from Cobb Road to US 98 resurfacing SCOP project under Contract No. 22-CG0088.
The Final Contract amount is $670,776.58, a decrease of $22,549.09 from BOCC award.
