Received the attached letter from Matthew Huber, District Manager for the Sterling Hill Community Development District, transmitting the District’s fiscal year 2023-24 proposed budget approved by the District’s Board of Supervisors. A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for August 17, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the North Sterling Hill North Clubhouse located at 4411 Sterling Hill Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida, 34609.
