BRIEF OVERVIEW
Staff received the attached letter from Wesley Elias, District Manager for the Waterford Community Development District, transmitting the District’s fiscal year 2026-2027 proposed budget approved by the District’s Board of Supervisors. A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of Coastal Engineering, located at 966 Candlelight Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida, 34601.
The information is submitted in accordance with the requirements of Section 189.418(4), Florida Statutes.
