BRIEF OVERVIEW
Attached is a memorandum from Planning Administrator Omar De Pablo regarding Conditional Use Permit actions taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) on May 13, 2024. On that date, the P&Z voted to approve a conditional permit for a second residence, as petitioned by Jeffrey Hughes (File No. CU2403); voted to approve a conditional use permit for a temporary security residence with the construction of a home, as petitioned by Michelle Melady and Brian Ramsey (File No. CU2404); and voted to approve a conditional use permit for a second residence, as petitioned by Frank and Vilmaire Fraser (File No. CU2406).
According to Appendix A, Zoning, Article V, Section 4(F) of the Hernando County Code of Ordinances, the Board, by majority of the governing body do not vote to review the P&Z decision within thirty (30) days, the P&Z decision shall be deemed final and subject only to review by the circuit court.
