BRIEF OVERVIEW
On August 19, 2021, the Board approved an Aviation Ground Lease Agreement with Wolfswood Holdings, LLC (“Wolfswood”) for the improvements located at 15741 Technology Drive. The Ground Lease granted Wolfswood permission to secure a leasehold mortgage with Valley National Bank.
Wolfswood, a tenant in good standing, intends to secure a first mortgage with Bank United, N.A. and as required, is requesting approval of a Consent to Encumber and Non-Disturbance Agreement by the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will not be impacted.
LEGAL NOTE
Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.
