BRIEF OVERVIEW
E Care Ambulance, Inc. has applied for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("COPCN") to operate Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ground ambulance services within the geographical boundaries of Hernando County.

RECOMMENDATION
Based on the information in the application, review of current records, and the absence of any objections, it is recommended that the Board issue the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) for E Care Ambulance, Inc., and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the attached Certificate to provide ALS and BLS ground ambulance transport services within the geographical boundaries of Hernando County.
