BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended Grant Offer No. 3-12-0008-033-2026 in the amount of $139,727 for the Airfield Electrical Improvement Design Project and the Air Traffic Control Tower Equipment Project at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. These projects were originally on separate grants; however, the FAA has combined the grant offer into one grant.
The grant application for both projects was approved on June 9, 2026, Doc ID 17555 & 17556 which authorized the County Administrator’s signature on any future grant documents related to these projects. The grant award agreement has been signed by the County Administrator and is presented here for ratification.
There may be the opportunity to receive an FDOT matching grant in the future.
