Suncoast Landing Phase II is 62 lots and is a replat of Tract L of Suncoast Landing Phase 1. The plat has been prepared and is ready for Board approval and signature. Phase 1 final plat and performance bond have previously been approved and the developer, Tri County Development, Inc., is now posting a maintenance bond in the amount of $914,693.07.
