On June 13, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to postpone the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan Revision on Property Zoned PDP(SF)/Planned Development Project (Single Family) and PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with Deviations to the August 8, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission hearing date.

The following members were present at the June 13, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting: Chairman Mike Fulford; Vice Chairman Jerry Campbell; W. RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board postpone the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan Revision on Property Zoned PDP(SF)/Planned Development Project (Single Family) and PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with Deviations to a date and time certain of the September 13, 2022, Board of County Commissioners meeting at 9:00 AM.
