BRIEF OVERVIEW

Request:

Master Plan Revision on Property Zoned PDP(MF)/Planned Development Project (Multifamily) with deviations

 

General Location:

West side of Trillium Boulevard, approximately 1,300’ North of County Line Road

 

P&Z Action:

On September 12, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4-1 to recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan Revision on Property Zoned PDP(MF)/Planned Development Project (Multifamily) with deviations and modified performance conditions.

 

Hearing Detail:

The following members were present at the September 12, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting: Interim Chairman Jonathan McDonald; Interim Vice Chairman W. Steve Hickey; Mark Johnson (an alternate member present in a voting capacity due to the absence of Mike Fulford) and John T. Carroll (an alternate member present in a voting capacity due to the absence of Jerry Campbell).

 

On October 11, 2022, the Board postponed hearing this request to a date and time certain of the November 8, 2022, meeting at 9:00 a.m to allow the petitioner time to complete the traffic analysis necessary to amend the Development Agreement associated with the project.

 

The traffic analysis is not yet complete; therefore the petitioner has requested an additional postponement to allow time for completion of this request.

Pursuant to Chapters 125 and 163, Florida Statutes, the Board has the authority to take the recommended action.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board postpone hearing this request to a future hearing date with the applicant incurring all readvertising costs. This postponement is to allow the petitioner time to complete the traffic analysis necessary to amend the Development Agreement associated with the project.
