Received a request from Shelby R. Bishop, RN, Assistant Director of Medical Services of the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office for a resolution proclaiming May 6, 2026, through May 12, 2026, as National Nurses Week in Hernando County. The attached resolution honors our “Healthcare Heroes”, the registered nurses who care for the public and in showing our appreciation not just during this week, but at every opportunity throughout the year.
