BRIEF OVERVIEW
On September 12, 2023, the Board approved a professional services agreement with the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council for an Industrial Land Survey. The funding for the project is provided by Duke Energy and Hernando Progress. This item recognizes the receipt of the funds from both entities and identifies expense accounts for payment.
