BRIEF OVERVIEW
On July 31, 2024, Hernando County piggyback with the State of Florida for copiers, printers, and related business products and services with Toshiba and Konica Minolta Business Solutions will expire. There are currently no additional renewals remaining on this contract. Procurement sent the Sourcewell contract to IT for review June 7, 2024, and IT advised to proceed with the Sourcewell contract that will meet the same needs as the current State of Florida contract. The Procurement Department is requesting approval to piggyback Sourcewell Contract No. 030321-TOS and 030321-KON to provide copiers, printers, and related business products and services for multiple Hernando County departments with a contract expiration of April 19, 2026.
Hernando County Procurement Department has assigned No. 24-P0120W to this Contract for tracking purposes.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to the Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Purchase will only be made against available department budgets.
LEGAL NOTE
The Board has the authority to take act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the utilization of Sourcewell Contracts 030321-TOS and 030321-KON (Hernando County File No. 24-P0120W) with Toshiba and Konica Minolta Business Solutions for the contract term.
It is further recommended the Board approve the Chief Procurement Officer to renew the contract with the same terms and conditions and approve change orders as they become necessary and required up to annual budgeted amounts.
