BRIEF OVERVIEW
Robert and Susan Spinner have submitted a petition to vacate two inner easements lying within Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, Royal Highlands, Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 43, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
